LOL&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I know VERY few people who can say they have that kind of cash just accumulating interest!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Is this some way for the government to ensure new-comers won't be a "drain on society", like a good portion of the resident population is?
