Dotcomslashblog: Sweet Home Alabama?

I love the last line of the clip... it says it all.

Now, let me speak on behalf of the REST of the North American continent and say that this could only happen in the deep South!

I watched this on Sunday and couldn't believe what I was seeing. It was very amusing, but highly irresponsible as well. Although I guess they didn't know it would be quite that extreme!

Come on why'd they run? *spits* A good beatin never hurt nobody.

I watched it on Sunday and was amazed. When they painted the slogans on their cars I didn't think they'd get that much attention, but it all kicked off in that petrol station!!

I currently live in Alabama and I've got to say I found this pretty hysterical. My mirth is probably the result of the fact that I've only lived down here for three years. Most of my life I've lived in New England, Vermont and Maine so I'm a bit of an "outsider" myself. But speaking from a little experience they're lucky. Had it been night the "boys" may very well have been drunk and it might have gotten bloody.

I also feel compelled to to say that there are actually some enlightened, decent folks down here. Of course that's true of any place. Anyway, very funny. I'll have to remember to share this video myself. Thanks for the laughs.

Love Top Gear... Hard to catch here though. My favorite is when they race Parkour Traceurs in Liverpool with that Peugeot 2007.... that was amazing...

Change of theme again I see.... I sort of liked the old one better :P but that's just me.

Glad you all had a good laugh. I'm sure not all of Alabama is like that and that an overproduced series like Top Gear certainly organized one or two things.

Azhar, you did? That's interesting, because I'm still not sure about this one either. Well, that's the one advantage for us WP.com users: we can change at the click of a button.
