Dotcomslashblog: The Twitter Logo, Or Is It?

Interesting...that's the first time I remember a brand mark being known by association rather than the actual logo. Nice observation.

Thank you. You know I was trying to come across as particularly knowledgeable here of course :)

Yep, very interesting and strange how we assume that the larger/popular company is the originator or the design and that those smaller companies must be the imitators.

Talking of things reminding us of other things. I was sampling some Gueuze on Saturday and I thought of you, being the only resident of Belgium that I know. Just thought I'd mention it and it reminded me that I hadn't commented around here for a while so I should pop on over.

Ha, yeah, Geuze is well-know and a good choice. And if it helps you comment, you should drink more :)

In fact, I have a post in the works that mentions Geuze – be it in a roundabout way. Keep an eye out for that then.

Just seen your new post now. I had the Geuze at a local independant brewery where they'd brought a few cases on their last visit. Amazing that the stuff can take five years to brew where as most ales/lagers only take seven days.

Interesting they'd have a couple of cases of a beer they don't produce (wouldn't be possible/allowed I suppose) nor import.

But then again, it's a good thing they make the effort to inform their visitors. Nice to see you have a small brewery like that right where you live.

If you're ever in Antwerp, do visit our De Coninck brewery.
