That's a pretty funky tune actually. I like. The intro is good too and explains well what you're doing.

    Nils,

Hope you're well. Fellow 9ruler here.

I like your screencast work and was just wondering What program you used to make it? What screencast software would you recommend to a newbie?

    Thanks,

    Andrew

Hey Andrew, I know you, no worries :)

At work we use Camtasia Studio by TechSmith. It's quite pricey so only worth the investment if you really want to get into professional screencasting. We're currently on version 4, but 5 was released a few months ago.

For the n00b I would recommend either Wink for PC or Screencast-o-matic for Mac. Not that I've tried either, but they're well-known.

Of course, there's always the Jing Project (also by Techsmith) which is very limited and only works online (not an app - so you'll need a good connection) but which is very easy to use.

That's about it. Do let me know what you decide or come up with.

    Cheers!
